All items are non-refundable

For hygienic purposes, we do not accept returns and exchanges. However, if the pieces are in mint and unworn condition, we may allow adjustments or alterations.

Charges will apply if you give us the wrong measurements and cup size.

Kindly take note that any major alterations after the pieces have been received may be subject to an alteration fee, including shipping fees, etc. that will be shouldered by the client.
